Dean is a seasoned angler in the Wal-Mart sponsored Bass Fishing League (BFL) and New York State B.A.S.S. Federation tournaments. He has fished competitively since 1998, when he earned the NY State B.A.S.S. Chapter Federation Rookie of the Year. Since then Dean has had impressive placing in many of the tournaments he has competed in, some include:

At this time Dean resides in Clayton, NY and can be found bass fishing, along with targeting trout and steelhead in the Lake Ontario tributaries. In the coming years look for him in Everstart and B.A.S.S Tournaments.
